It started with a phone call.
As Almir tells it in our founding story, a psychologist called with a familiar frustration. His practice software kept getting more expensive, support was getting harder to reach, and switching meant moving years of records and established workflows.
He wanted to build something that fit the way he actually worked. We started with that working day: the appointments, the notes, the billing, and the gaps between them.
That conversation became PracticeVault. The idea was to use the efficiency of AI-assisted development to make better tools more affordable, while keeping people involved in the decisions that matter.
