The thinking. The people. The work.

Better tools.
A more human practice.

Our goal is simple: better service for less money. The story is a little more personal.

It started with a phone call.

As Almir tells it in our founding story, a psychologist called with a familiar frustration. His practice software kept getting more expensive, support was getting harder to reach, and switching meant moving years of records and established workflows.

He wanted to build something that fit the way he actually worked. We started with that working day: the appointments, the notes, the billing, and the gaps between them.

That conversation became PracticeVault. The idea was to use the efficiency of AI-assisted development to make better tools more affordable, while keeping people involved in the decisions that matter.

Healthcare professionals change lives.
Their software should make room for that.

Why AI

Help with the work.
Respect for the person.

We’re interested in the tasks that take time away from care. AI can help organize them, with a clinician reviewing the result.

Session documentation

Transcription, summaries, and proposed note drafts, with an editable result that stays under the clinician’s control.

Administrative assistance

Ideas for drafting letters, organizing intake information, and checking documentation for missing details.

A clearer view of records

Proposed tools to find relevant details and summarize progress, with links to the underlying record.

Communication across languages

Translation tools that keep the original text alongside the translation, with clinical meaning checked by a person.

These are areas of product development, not a claim that every AI workflow has shipped. See the current roadmap ↗

Built by people you can talk to

A real person.
On the other side.

Technology should make running a practice more affordable. When it helps us build more efficiently, we want those savings to reach the people doing the care.

Almir and Nicolas are directly involved in building the product. A form you need, an integration you rely on, or a workflow that doesn’t fit: bring it to us. Your feedback helps us decide what to work on next.

A little more human.
Our commitment to transparency
