Why is the core free?

AI-assisted development helps us build with a smaller team. We want those efficiencies to benefit practitioners. Optional AI and messaging revenue is intended to support hosting and ongoing development. The core has no subscription fee; storage policies and separately metered services still need clear boundaries. How the model works ↗

Will it fit my practice and my country?

The product is built around therapy workflows. Solo practitioners and small teams can review their setup with us. US and Austrian SMS destinations have proposed rates, but that does not establish local billing, hosting or regulatory readiness. We will check your specialties, languages, team roles and integrations with you. Full feature guide and availability ↗

What happens after I sign up?

You request a workspace without selecting a paid plan. We follow up with setup and migration steps. We review your source export, agree which records can move and check the import together. Timing depends on your source system. Please do not send patient records through this website. Talk through the move ↗

Can I stop paying for AI and keep my records?

That is the proposed model: cancel the optional AI subscription and keep the free core and your saved notes. The existing Terms provide for cancellation through settings or support at the end of the billing period. Full account closure, exports and retention need a separate agreed process. What about privacy, recordings and SMS consent?

Complete the applicable agreements before using clinical data. Our existing Terms require a PracticeVault BAA before HIPAA-covered use. AI output needs clinician review, and recording or texting requires the appropriate permissions. These tools are not for emergencies.
