Our first practices are being onboarded free while we measure AI and messaging usage. These plans describe our intended paid options, not charges activated by signing up. We will agree any future paid services with you before activation. Core tools and white-glove migration stay free. Card processing, clearinghouse transactions, hosted video and live spoken interpretation are separate services, not unlimited inclusions.

No monthly AI subscription. Metered services are optional and require a prepaid balance. This is a usage estimate, not a checkout or the complete provider bill.
Proposed USD rates before tax. US rates cover standard outbound long-code segments including modeled carrier delivery fees; number rental, campaign registration and replies are extra. Austria assumes one-way alphanumeric SMS. Other destinations, live voice, hosted video and insurance transactions need a quote. Active sender fees can continue in zero-send months.
$10 minimum top-up; cash payments and monthly usage can differ. A single GSM-7 SMS allows 160 characters, or 153 per multipart segment. Unicode allows 70, or 67 per multipart segment. Emoji may change encoding. Read the usage definitions ↗
The small print.
In normal-sized words.
One clinician at a time.
AI Plus is $19 per opted-in clinician monthly. Other staff do not need Plus to use the core tools. Each paid clinician has their own audio, text and SMS allowance; this estimate does not assume team pooling.
An SMS credit, not a flat count.
$3 covers 100 US or 20 Austrian outbound segments, or a mixture using the same credit. Long messages use multiple segments. Credit applies to outgoing SMS only, not sender fees, replies or AI. Monthly bundle allowances reset without rollover.
Audio and text are separate.
Audio means a recorded upload or dictation, counted by processed duration across channels and rounded up to the next minute per job. A transcript uses audio minutes; asking for a separate summary also uses text assistance. Live speech-to-speech interpretation and voice agents are not covered by this rate.
A bounded text assist.
One assist covers up to 8,000 input tokens and 2,000 total output tokens, including model reasoning. Longer records or multi-step work need a unit estimate and approval first. Regenerations count as new requests. These limits still need backend enforcement.
Choose extra usage.
The proposed billing design pauses paid work at the allowance or balance limit unless you opt in to pay-as-you-go usage. No automatic top-up by default. Requests that fail without a usable AI result should not debit customer allowance. These controls are in development, not enabled by this website.
Know the remaining fees.
USD prices exclude tax. Sender rental, campaign registration, replies, other countries and separately connected providers need a written quote. The $10 top-up minimum is a payment amount, not a monthly fee. Purchased-credit expiry and refunds will be specified before purchase; the bundle’s no-rollover rule does not define purchased-credit expiry.

A few fair questions.
Is the free plan a trial?
No. The proposed Practice Free plan has no monthly subscription. Client records, manual notes, billing tools, reports and the core workspace remain free. Storage, retention and any fair-use boundaries must be stated before onboarding; we are not promising unlimited storage or third-party services.
What does the $19 AI plan include?
5 hours of recorded-audio processing, 100 bounded text assists and $3 of SMS credit per clinician monthly. Transcription and translation are in testing. Clinical-note drafts, summaries, treatment-plan drafts, intake summaries, letters and record assistance join the toolkit as released. A planned feature is not available just because it appears in a plan.
Can I use AI and SMS without a subscription?
Yes, that is what Pay as you go is for. The same published usage rates also apply after a Plus allowance, if you approve extra usage. Manual notes, viewing saved records and reminder settings do not incur AI or SMS delivery charges.
What happens if I turn AI off?
Under the proposed model, your core workspace and saved generated notes remain available without Plus. The existing Terms allow subscription cancellation through settings or support, effective at the end of the billing period. Cancelling a paid add-on is different from closing your practice account. Final billing terms must reflect that distinction before launch.
Can I export my records or close my account?
The feature guide lists the current report, billing and document exports. For a full clinical-record export or account closure, contact us to agree formats, secure delivery and the applicable retention and deletion schedule. We have not confirmed the old 90-day post-cancellation promise for this new model. Keep records required by your professional obligations.
What can you migrate, and how long does it take?
White-glove migration is free. A SimplePractice transfer entry point is present in the product. We review your source export, agree supported record types, map fields and check the result with you. Notes, files and billing history depend on the source format. Timing and cutover are agreed per practice; no blanket zero-downtime promise.
What do I need before using SMS or clinical AI?
Confirm the applicable data-processing agreements and approved services first. Obtain the required recording and messaging permissions. SMS consent is optional and can be withdrawn. Two-way SMS can support STOP/HELP; one-way senders require another working opt-out method before activation. Keep clinical details out of reminders.
