Client records, manual notes, documents, invoices, reports, and the core practice workspace have no subscription fee. You can choose the tools that fit your day without first committing to an AI plan.
Efficiency should reach your practice.
We use AI-assisted development to help build and maintain the product. Our aim is to pass those efficiencies on through free core tools. Optional paid services are intended to help fund hosting and support; they do not make those costs disappear.
AI has a running cost.
Transcribing audio, translating conversations, and drafting documents use paid services each time they run. The proposed AI Plus plan is $19 per clinician monthly, with 5 recorded-audio hours, 100 text assists and $3 of SMS credit. Occasional AI is also available through pay as you go. You decide whether the help is worth it.
Text messages have a real price.
Networks charge to deliver SMS. Plus includes a small SMS credit; pay-as-you-go messages are 3¢ per US segment or 15¢ per Austrian segment, with a margin to operate the service. Destination and message length affect the price. The pricing page lets you explore the proposed rates before you decide.
Moving in should be easier.
White-glove migration stays free. We work through supported records, transfer details, and setup with you. That takes time from our team, and we choose to invest it in helping you get started.
Clear boundaries.
Payment processors, clearinghouses, and hosted video providers have their own costs. We will make any charges and allowances clear before you enable a paid service. We are not offering unlimited third-party services inside the free plan.
